The Avaya Aura Contact Center – Installation and Configuration (3608)course is designed for personnel responsible for installing and configuring Contact Center Manager Server (CCMS), Contact Center Manager Administration (CCMA) and Communication Control Toolkit (CCT) in a SIP environment. This course also covers the installation of the License Manager, Server Utility, Avaya Media Server, Security Framework, Orchestration Designer, Agent Desktop Displays, user client software, and backup and restore. You will learn how to configure the Microsoft ® Windows® 2008 operating system to support the contact center servers. You are introduced to high availability, and other deployment enhancements.
